Beijing Project n.33 Ambra Corinti 月玟

Ambra Corinti is a sinologist, curator, filmmaker and writer based in Beijing since 2006. With her husband, the artist and filmmaker Rong Guangrong (Arong), she founded Zajia Lab, one of the earliest and most important independent creative spaces in Beijing.

At Bernard Controls she started a very ambitious and demanding long-term project: selecting employees and workers interested in becoming a film crew, who would go through every phase of a film production – writing, acting, directing, coordination and post-production. At the time of writing the project was ongoing, and expected to take between six months and a year to develop fully.
