An inquiry on hold
Milla Kariina Oja is a Finnish photographer and video maker who lived and worked in Beijing for several years. Her work focuses on the contemporary nomadic sense of identity and on the new, suspended notions of time and space that this condition creates.
She had just begun her inquiries at Bernard Controls and was shaping a project that might develop between Helsinki and Beijing. The project is currently on hold because of the Covid crisis.
