7 Words is a research project proposed as a team-building exercise in three stages.

First, the participants are asked to illustrate, with a quick sketch or a more careful drawing as they prefer, how they understand five words: authority, autonomy, territory, border, communication.

Then the drawings are exchanged among their authors, and a discussion follows on each word and each visual interpretation.

Finally the participants receive two more words to illustrate – desire and transformation. Again the drawings are exchanged and discussed.
